Lumera Returns & Refunds Policy 

 

At Lumera, we’re committed to making grooming simple, stress-free, and enjoyable for both pets and their owners. We’re confident you’ll love the results, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at buylumera@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.


Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. To cancel or make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours will be processed within 7 business days.


30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We believe every pet deserves time to adjust to new grooming routines. That’s why we recommend using your Lumera brush consistently for at least two weeks before deciding if it’s right for you.

If, after 14 days of use and within 30 days of receiving your order, you’re not fully satisfied, you can return the product for a refund. Please note:

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

T o speed up your return, include your Order Number or the name and email address used at checkout.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged product:

  1. Email buylumera@gmail.com with your order details.

  2. Include clear photos of the damage.

We define damage as defects or physical breakage of the brush itself. Cosmetic damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product remains in good condition is not considered eligible for replacement.


Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship orders promptly, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen in transit, please contact the courier directly. Lumera is not responsible for these occurrences, but we’ll always do our best to help where we can.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours to update it. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, and orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded or reshipped.
