At Lumera, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because making grooming simple, stress-free, and accessible for every pet parent is part of our mission.
Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully prepare and dispatch it. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 5–7 business days, but we’ll always do our best to get your package moving quickly.
Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery times depend on your location:
United States: 5–8 business days
United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
Canada: 7–9 business days
Australia: 5–10 business days
Please note:
Couriers may experience delays during holidays or peak seasons that are beyond our control.
International shipments may face customs delays, which could extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
It’s important to double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error, please email us at buylumera@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to correct it.
If we detect an issue with your address, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back within this time, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Delayed Deliveries
We know you’re excited to get started with Lumera, and we work hard to get your order to you quickly. However, delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as severe weather, customs processing, or courier disruptions.
If this happens, we’ll work closely with our shipping partners to get your package delivered as soon as possible and keep you updated along the way.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your order is lost or stolen in transit:
Contact your courier immediately to file a claim.

While Lumera is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we may be able to offer a replacement depending on the situation.
